Located in the heart of the commercial sector, the design takes in to consideration its strategic location of a corner plot with a three side open road axis. The design shapes the footprint of this 16 storey building to capitalize on the expansive views of a lake. The façade design is set back at different intervals to allow the creation of terraced gardens. As a climatically responsive design the façade on the south & west have less glass to control heat gain and projected horizontal elevation bands prevent the direct impact of harsh rains on the building.
