Phase 2 of the 1.4 square feet development are three commercial towers of 2 lakh square feet each. The commercial blocks consisting of two towers of four stories on the southern and another of three stories planned in the northern side above the retail podium. The extensive use of glass gives the commercial block a distinct character from the mall but at the same time use of similar colour palette unifies the entire development.
