A high density redevelopment project in Malad on a narrow plot, a constraint we took as an opportunity to achieve a meaningful footprint that actualizes the spatial, functional and FSI consumption. The result is a 21 storey structure with compact apartment scheme of 1BHK & 2 BHK of 400sq.ft. & 600 sq.ft. respectively. Consisting a rehab and sale component, overall scheme is given a unified outlook with clear segregation internally. The composition of the facade is warm with sleek framing details, giving it a subtle layered effect.
