Principal Architects
Ar. Kanhai Gandhi - is the co-founder of KNS Architects Pvt. Ltd. He is currently handling a gamut of prestigious clients across India and has worked on a variety of projects ranging from commercial, residential, recreational and hospitality to retail. The diversity of projects has honed his wide range of skills from optimum utilization of space to implementation of design bearing in mind the interest and needs of the client. His philosophy is to remain focused on good design practice from inception to completion in all aspects such as design development, detailing and on-site execution.
Ar. Neemesh Shah – is the co-founder of KNS Architects Pvt. Ltd. He has spear headed several key projects in different spectrums of design. He is currently involved in Second homes and High end Residential and commercial Interior projects. His emphasis lies on high quality and experimental designs to create memorable design experience for its users.
Ar. Shresht Kashyap – is the co-founder of KNS Architects Pvt. Ltd. Through the years Ar. Kashyap has done work in varying sectors of the industry. The works include developments in the retail sector ( large as well as small scale), developments for clients related to the steel industries, projects involving master planning, along with residential(single and multi buildings) as well as commercial development. In the interiors segment the projects handled cover again various segments- like residential, commercial, retail and hospitality. Ar. Kashyap pursues a collaborative process that seeks to integrate design ideas and functionality into a unified and economical design.
Associates
Bhavesh Mewada – Senior Associate
Since joining KNS in 1999 he has been involved in a wide variety of challenging projects. With an overall experience of 16 years his Project management & Design skills are immaculate. Bhavesh is dedicated to good design, which must be consistently carried through from inception to completion, in all aspects of design development and execution on site. His portfolio consists of mainly high end interiors for residences, commercial complexes, offices, residential & commercial lobbies, showflats and sales and marketing office etc.
Prashant Pipalia – Associate
Prashant joined KNS in 2003 after graduating from L S Raheja in 2000. Over the years he has been involved in a diverse spectrum of projects which includes interior projects ranging from high end residential, commercial, offices, lobbies, restaurants, clubhouses as well as jewellery stores all across India. As an Associate, Mr. Pipalia brings a passion for design excellence and management experience to every project he is involved with.
Kedar Dandekar – Associate
Mr. Dandekar worked with a reputable firm for 3 years before joining KNS Architects in 2004 as a Senior Interior Designer. A graduate from University of Applied Arts he has worked on several residential, commercial and retail projects of various sizes from conceptual to completion stages. His efforts are now focused mainly on retail with large scale projects such as chain of retail stores, malls, commercial spaces etc. Mr. Dandekar with his experience of more than 14 years brings in the industry brings in the required technical guidance to deliver a quality project.
Sachin Shah – Associate
Mr. Shah joined KNS Architects in 2005 as a Senior interior designer and rose through the ranks to an Associate. His focus lies mainly on high end commercial and residential interiors with complex designs. Jewellery factories also lie as a part of his forte. With over 12 years of experience, Mr. Shah’s interest lies in experimenting with materials and finding new applications for them. Hence in depth research on newer materials and technologies form a part of the design process for him.
Chetan Ramparia – Associate
Mr. Ramparia joined KNS Architects in 2008 as a senior interior designer and became an associate in 2013. With over 11 years experience in the design field, Mr. Ramparia believes that good design is an outcome of finding meaning, beauty and purpose for the spaces. His forte lies in large scale commercial spaces such as malls, commercial buildings, lobbies along with residential interiors.
