Located on a busy road, the context of the site & desires of the client guided the blueprint and design for this villa. The result is a straight forward, but clean line contemporary design with minimal classic stroke. Spread across 20000 square feet the habitable floors are planned first floor onwards to cut off the noise from the street as well as to capture the far sited seashore. Voluminous spaces, contemporary fusion interiors and plush materials dictate the design for this house.
