The solidity of the façade of this 10000 square feet villa is in direct response to its context, the house progressively opens up to courtyards and gardens at the rear end of the site. An artful interplay of solid and voids is created in the plan, resulting in a delightful spatial experience throughout the house, enriched by abundant natural light and ventilation. Large overhangs are created to maintain a comfortable ambient temperature indoors.
