VILLA IN KENYA

A sprawling 30,000 square feet bungalow in Kenya stands as a testament to familial bonds and individual identities seamlessly interwoven through thoughtful design. This architectural masterpiece redefines the concept of family living, crafting a bungalow that fosters togetherness and personal space in harmonious accord.

The ground floor serves as the communal nucleus, housing the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Divided into three distinct wings, this project reflects the essence of familial unity while preserving the sanctity of individual identities. The two wings on either side of the structure are connected via a bridge, and the central room acts as an anchor – physically and metaphorically for the family.

Each room in this architectural symphony boasts a unique perspective – one facing the bustling road, and the other embracing the tranquillity of a lush lawn. This duality captures the essence of the family’s dynamic, acknowledging and celebrating the diverse facets of their lives.

Ascend to the second floor, and a dedicated central wing unfolds as a sanctuary for physical well-being. A fully equipped gym overlooks the surrounding landscape, inviting residents to nurture their health amidst panoramic views. Meanwhile, the ground floor is equipped with a home office for professional pursuits and a serene pool area for relaxation and recreation.

This residence stands as an ode to the delicate art of architectural storytelling, where every element speaks to the profound narrative of family, connection, and the celebration of unique identities.
